training opportunities. Our clients have been asking for training on
advanced topics not covered in the standard HEAT admin class.
CreekPointe is developing two Workshops that will significantly
enhance your knowledge level of HEAT. Listed below is a brief
description of each class. These workshops are being scheduled
starting soon at our location in Greenville, SC.

In this 2-day
hands-on course, learn how to use iHEAT and HEAT Self Service to
increase the efficiency and level of customer service within your
helpdesk. The class begins with an overview of the key features within
both modules, with an emphasis on the advantages of a web-based
helpdesk presence in your organization. The class then explores in
detail all features, functions and menu systems of both modules, and
addresses topics such as installations and common errors. The
integration of FLS and HSS is covered, including the direct access of
knowledge through the HSS interface. You will be shown in detail how
to build and manage your HSS screens, and perform day-to-day
administration of your web modules.
