The RightAnswers Client Success program provides the value-added services that enable you to develop, deliver and maintain an effective Self-Service adoption strategy that meets your overall business objectives. The Client Success team provides the necessary experience and expertise to assist your Help Desk professionals in “jump starting” the initial Self-Service implementation and, by providing ongoing analysis and guidance, maintaining its effectiveness through deployment. This “full service” approach will assist you in lowering the solutions' Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), while improving the time-to-value and, subsequently, your Return on Investment (ROI).
Effective Self-Service Adoption

RightAnswers Client Success also establishes a project management strategy by assigning you a Client Success Manager (CSM) -- a RightAnswers Client Success team member dedicated to your project. Prior to general availability of the Self-Service solution, the CSM hosts a project kick-off meeting and provides you with access to a RightAnswers-created Resource Center and an online collaboration environment to help refine your solution strategy.
