Join us as we gather in beautiful and historic Charleston, SC for two days of learning and fun. This two-day conference will feature guest speakers, new product demonstrations, panel discussions, and informative learning sessions designed to help redefine your HEAT skills. 

ANNOUNCEMENT

CreekPointe is excited to announce that George Spalding, Executive Consultant for Pink Elephant will be one of our guest speakers at this year’s conference.  George Spalding is one of North America's most insightful and engaging IT service management and support experts. In addition to his decade-long commitment to improving the industry, George spent several years as a consultant to the White House on technical presentations and White House conferences. He also coordinated technical presentations for members of the President's cabinet, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  George has also achieved ITIL's IT Service Manager Certification and was recently selected by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) as an author for the next version of ITIL.
  
Mr. Spalding will discuss Help Desk Best Practices, explaining the 10 processes in the ITIL framework and make clear the benefit of implementing and governing your IT Service Management by ITIL.


What is HEATWave?
  

HEATWave is an end-user conference hosted by CreekPointe, a 2005 Top Five FrontRange Global Partner.  This event is designed to give those who work with HEAT:

·         a road-map of where HEAT product development is going

·         an opportunity to meet face to face with FrontRange representatives and engineers

Conference Overview
Check in will begin on Wednesday afternoon, September 20th, at The Francis Marion Hotel in Downtown Charleston.

The Francis Marion Hotel, located in the heart of historic Charleston, South Carolina, was the largest and grandest in the Carolinas when it opened in 1924. Named for General Francis Marion, the "Swamp Fox" of the American Revolution, the Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston re-opened in 1996 after a $12 million National Trust award-winning restoration, and is once again Charleston's Grand Hotel.

You are invited to a reception on Wednesday evening, where you can meet our staff and network with other conference attendees.
  

Events will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 21st in the hotel’s conference room, ending around 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22nd.  Key presentations and product demos will be held in group meetings.  Executives from FrontRange will join us, as well as other featured speakers throughout the event.
